Batting
Sun, 04/26/2009 - 02:36 — nlgsadminThe batting order will be continuous and is not to change. That is all players will bat regardless if she is currently in the fielding line-up. Any player not present at the start of the game will be inserted at the bottom of the original batting order.
Instructional and Pee-Wee Only
Batters/runners are limited to one base on an infield hit and two bases on outfield hits.
There will be three (3) outs or a maximum of eight (8) batters per inning NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rookie Only
There will be a maximum of 6 runs scored an inning. This does not apply to the last inning (either the 6th inning or whatever inning the umpire declares as the last inning.
Junior and Senior Only
The inning will end when one of the following two things happens (whichever comes first).
- When a team scores 8 runs in one inning
- As soon as a team gets up by eight (8) runs in an inning, the team only gets eight (8) additional batters. As soon as a team gets up by 15 runs in an inning, then the team only gets five (5) additional batters.
